Take advantage of our Wildlife visit to the mountain region of Cantabria as we stay in Reinosa, the entrance to the ski slopes and within the foothills of the Picos de Europa mountain range .
This pleasant town is situated near to the source of the River Ebro and its rail station is convenient for travelling to other interesting parts of the area and indeed Madrid.
Our Wildlife group will be setting off to observe the local feathered species each day but you will be on your own when you reach the hotel and free to do your own thing. If nothing else, a great opportunity to relax, enjoy the real Spain and explore the non-touristy cuisine of the country. Sit by the riverside and try Albariño” in the sun!
